Lynn Hoover is a veteran of over 35 years in the commercial real estate profession. A Denver native, Lynn is a graduate of the University of Denver and has completed advanced studies in real estate and finance. Joining Hoover Lodging Realty, Inc. (HLR) in 1997 as principal, he has continued his specialization of marketing and selling hotel, lodging and resort properties. Lynn has had a record of success in other areas of commercial real estate as well, including leasing, build-to-suit and investment properties. Throughout the course of his career, he has earned a reputation for integrity and creativity.
Lynn has owned and managed hotel properties in Denver and Colorado Springs. He is intimately familiar with the hotel/motel markets across the state and Rocky Mountain region, and earned his Certified Hotel Broker (CHB) designation as administered by the Graduate School of the University of Texas.
In addition to his numerous professional activities, Lynn has devoted a large part of his time to civic causes. He has served as a Board Member and President of the Downtown Denver Lions Club.

Craig Hoover is a native of Greenwood Village, Colorado, graduating from Cherry Creek High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, and a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado.
In 1996, as an employing broker and consultant, he co-founded Hoover Lodging Realty.
Craig currently holds real estate brokerage licenses in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Utah and Montana. He is a member of the Metropolitan Denver Hotel Association, American Hotel and Motel Association and the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association (CH&LA). |

HLR is the Colorado member of Hotel Brokers International (HBI), which is the nation's largest association of its kind, specializing in the marketing and sale of hospitality properties. HBI offices throughout the U.S. are computer-linked to the Kansas City Executive Headquarters where hundreds of properties and prospects are member accessible. This member affiliation gives clients local, national and international representation. Lynn has served as a Board Member and is a past President of HBI.
The brokers of Hoover Lodging Realty have represented numerous private owners, financial institutions, the RTC and FDIC in the Rocky Mountain region in the listing, marketing and selling of hospitality properties. |
